    I update my blog every day with fresh content 800-1500 word articles all about SEO / Traffic etc... ( Recent Blog Feed )

    And my forum is getting big so people add there by themselves!

    As per the website business and type you should update your website.
    website related entertainment or news should be updated daily, if you are having any business website you should update per week as per the new content you are adding and providing new foods to your visitors.

    I try to make a blog post once every day. I update my product/adsense websites once every few weeks.

    Wow nice! I'm doing my best to do so, even if it's hard if you have more than 3-4 websites to keep it up with the work.

    I guess I should do the same and update my websites every day.

    I noticed that google is indexing the pages really fast, I mean 10 minutes later the page is indexed!
