Need help for this case....Call of Duty 4

    Is there way to make the game work? like download driver?

    It is your graphics card problem and it can't be helped until you buy a new graphics card like nvidia 8800 or rather in 7 series.

    Btw, i played Call of Duty 4! A nice game!

    Well you could give it a try. What brand is your soundcard? Go to their website and download the newest driver, then try again.

    Oh man,if you are so much interested in playing games, you should have purchased a gaming laptop!
    Now there is no other way until you change your laptop or use different graphics card

    You said you upgraded your graphics card driver, but DirectX10 is a different driver downloaded from DirectX.com. If it still doesn't work, you might need a stronger graphics card to run cod4; new pc games are very demanding on hardware.

    be patience, its been only about 2 hours and last reply is at 2 min ago.

    have you check the back of the game cd box? usually they tell you exaxt type of requirements...
    years back, a game isnt working so i checke dthe reqs and saw I am lacking one software, downlaoaded it and all run fine.

    what does the game requirement say? at least which graphic card?
    if you provide that, we can help you find laptop g-card that has same specs as the req one
