I've been doing this for months, pretty much contemplating between three cars:

Old Generation BMW 325 Cl (1999-2005 Generation)
    Audi TT (2000-2004)
    Mercedes-Benz C230 or C240 Sedan (2000-Present)

    And Maybe, Just Maybe

    Infiniti G35 Coupe (2002-Present)

Please help me choose :], I need some input please.

Merceds would be my choice. Mercedes is Mercedes. :)
The next choice imo is the Audi. Don't buy old generation cars (BMW). ;)

Mercedes Rock! if the mercedes you want to buy is Avantgarde [that's like full-options car] then definetely go for one. you'll be amazed how many options it has!

If it were me, I'd rock the BMW

Why not find a dealer, test drive them all then make your decision? Also, search google and look for anybody having major problems out of each model you are considering.

Buying a new car is so frustrating lol

I wish I was in your situation! I used to work at a BWM dealership so the 325Cl would be my first choice, they hug the roads like no car I have ever driven. TT's are way to small (and girly) and Mercedes' are living in the past (I have heard bad things about benz's). I'm not sure how imortant the brand name is to you, but you should check out the new Honda Accord, personally I love the look as they are similar to the newer BMW's, and that way you'd be getting a new car in your price range.

All they do is look expensive, but I don't think any of these looks actually good.

O yea, I forgot to add that these will all be used even if in new generation >.>; easier to save money that way ^^. Yea I have tested all of these, i'd say the BMW drives best, the mercedes & audi were about the same, except I thought the mercedes had better pickup ^^.

Ahh, you're mistaken there man; I have definately found these three cars to drive better than your normal class car. Except for maybe Honda's, but it still had nothing on the BMW. Also inferior in style, personally I think they all look elegant ^^.

IMHO I'd go with the Infinity! Also I would consider Mercedes CLK 230/270 (older/newer model).

    I'd go w/ the Infiniti.

You're going to pay out of your ass for repairs on the others. Especially the Mercedes...those are shit in terms of reliability. Do some real research and you'll see I'm not making this up.

i think its better if you do test drive first because it will be the car you are driving and it is your style and preferences that counts.

Infiniti or Mercedes will be my choice though. but bare in mind the costs you have to input after several years when the car have trouble and need repair

I'd go for the BMW, I personally don't find the Merc so reliable, a lot of electronics and cilinder issues.

The cheapest with the best gas mileage, that would be nice and reliable.

Save your money for something that will appreciate, not depreciate. There is a common saying that is really true. The difference between rich people and poor people is that poor people work for money. Rich people make their money work for them. Think about it before buying an overpriced vehicle that will be worth pennies in a few years.

g35 coupe all white on black is a very nice ride. my friend has one. you should get that, although if you have kids its not a good car to drive, if your single and want some women, I would suggest the infiniti.
