It is very easy to do as Loco asked. It takes just a couple minutes to put a small html page up. It will both clear up the sellers name and the buyer.

I am sure both of you are as eager to prove yourselves innocent as the DP members are to see it.

The mods are not involved with deals between members.

Seller posted his offers,
buyer claimed to have received the domains.

I am not aware of any forum rules that might cause these members be banned.
They are following the rules perfectly.
That's DP policy... Live with it...

Using duplicate accounts is a BAN reason, and I put 2 cents here as the accounts are duplicated.

Yes, duplicate accounts is a valid reason for ban.

But I believe smarter people (or smarter scammers) will find a way to make these duplicate accounts undetectable... maybe using proxies, or using two different computers...

My point is, with the current DP policy, buyers should be very extra careful

 

Your real main problem is that you and binbin share the same IP.
