Hosting:
These proxies are working on a semi-dedicated server I buy from HagioHost.com for $65 a month. I assume you can buy the general package for $10, get 7 addon domains for $14 (3 already included), and buy some extra bandwidth, and you can host this on a $30 a month package. I recommend a dedicated server for these though.

I did not have time to put AdBrite on the pages. If you use AdBrite CPM banners, you can earn another $70-$100 per week, I assume.

The Traffic:
I have only set up Analytics yesterday on the more popular proxies, unfortunately. I had midterms this week, so I had very little time. Fortunately, Adversal shows the ratio of the traffic coming to the proxies. As you can see, 80% is US Traffic. The traffic is around 50% from referring sites, and 50% direct.

Domains:
All domains are registered at namecheap! I bought these with a custom template 4 months ago, but never used them, so there's another 6 months of registry.

A proxy is a site that bypasses firewalls. Used widely from kids in schools, to workers in offices, to communist countries for news, like China.

A proxy network is a group of proxies.

The traffic was all from marketing. I own several MySpace scripts, newsletters, eMail blasts, etc. I simply send out MySpace bulletins, eMail Blasts, and newsletters. I also do some SEO for the sites for some select social bookmark site networks.

I can teach all of this to the buyer. Not complicated if taught by a veteran.

 

How did you generate traffic to your network?

Usually takes overnight for 20-30 offers to come in to sort out the good one. If the network doesn't sell in 24 hours, I may put it up on sitepoint. Afterall, I do give the best deals on proxy networks.

 

Finally a good proxy network for sale. So many bad ones on sale around here.

That is alot of money for a pump n dump.....Not to mention the fact that in 2-3 months they will be blocked and worth nothing.

 

I do not use the pump and dump method with my proxies.

My oldest proxy, www.hiddencheese.com, has been running since March. Not only did it survive the summer to start operating well again in September, it's still at around $30 a day by itself.

I'm sure you're inadequate in your marketing tactics, as 98% of anyone who works with proxies are, since you yourself, are probably familiar with the pump and dump, out to make a quick buck. If you do not know anything about proxies, please do not try and sabotage my thread with your petty accusations
