Hello, We had a DNS server issue but it was fixed and proper news made in our support section. It did affect only one of our servers. And please, we are not and never will be IWHIC-similar if that's what you mean.
Not everyone who offers unlimited goes down, look at suntexhosting for example, a good host which provides unlimited and also IMO Iwhic is good and this is the first time in their long time operation they have had such a large problem, im sure they are working to get it fixed and as for OSHQ, i have heard good things about them and I Dont think they are likely to go down.
Hello, Yes, we are offering unlimted hosting. But instead of most of companies that do offer unlimited hosting we have backup, true and paid Staff, fast servers and we do not overload them with 1,000 accounts. So far, the clients who had problems are those, who were on our Reseller account we had with Iwhic. If there were any other - tech-related problems, we solved them.
OK first things first, Max you were banned from this forum once, then you created a new user name and started all over again. Second you are a 12 year old kid who does not know how to offer your clients support. They came to us because you would not help them. Third your accounts are not up on our server, because your accounts were terminated. You had constituently broke our terms of service, and we had asked you to send us a copy of your pictured id. As we can not host you if you are a 12 year old kid.. Which means that you can not be in a legal binding contract. So you may tell your customers that their sites are not up because you are just a kid and did not take the responsibility that you were suppose to do. I am not going to be playing these little games on here that most of you all do. Everyone seams to be in everyones business, it is worse then junior high school. I would really like to know how many kids there really are in this forum. This forum tends to get way out of hand, people bring their support issues here to the forum, that should be brought up with your host, through their support system. This is starting to become a bitch session for most, and that is not why I joined. Please don't take this the wrong way, there are some very honest and decent people here as well. With that said, we are not a bad host, we are a honest company just trying to make it here in the market like every one else. We are not over selling our servers, when we get to a point on the server that accounts need to be moved we buy a new server. we have had an a master reseller account with OSHQ and only had 2 downtimes as 1 being our fault then the other being on their side, but other than that we have had no problems. Aimee, in regards to what you said about kids running things, I find that you have to get on kids about being business orientated when they are wanting to do something when they put their mind to it. looking at your site when it was up the last time, your prices are way to high for those like us who can't afford to be paying anyhting over $9.99/month that has unlimited or 100GB for $10.99 which for us won't be enough and that not working for us.
And when the main site were down and the client support area didn't show up then where do we turn for support while the owner is in the forums advertising Sure we come to this forums and ask for help it is not our intentions to use this forums as support area but we were lost in cyber space...where actually should we ask for help when our clients need explanations too When the owner use this forums to advertise their products so for sure that they can give some kind of support or help too for their clients when they are not intended to scam their users

Aimee, We think your prices compared to OSHQ.com's prices are much higher and are not fair for xtra software that we get without having to pay xtra for it like you have on your site. we could get 2 dedicated IP address from OSHQ.com for $4 and you charge $3 for JUST ONE!! sorry but WE have made the right choice by going with OSHQ.com
This was not a stab to have you leave them. I simply made a point. and FYI: 1 IP is $3.00 2 Ip is cheaper and 5 Ip are even cheaper! This means, php is not installed or php is disabled. Beware, now Apache will serve .php files as .html or .txt and your php code is no more hidden. Anybody can see the php codes hosted on that server. Even hidden passwords inside the php files! There are many ways the server root can fix this. Regards

IWHIC is mad that max is making money and that they can't be like OSHQ.com with their HIGH PRICES that OSHQ.com is beating without a doubt in my mind since there are little business like ours that can't afford more than $9.99/month for a MASTER RESELLER ACCOUNT that includes the Client Exec & WHM software.
