Got a warning from adsense team

hi guyz

got a mail from google adsense c the attached text

what went wrong from my side ?

1) i signed up for one traffic site i blindly entered few of my blog sites
for testing purpose.
2) i forgot to disable the sites rotation in that trafic site
3) that traffic site gave some bonus points for my site and started showing my sites to their visitors without my knowledge
4) i got this mail from adsense

i am sure i am not wrong.

also i noticed it may be some impressions generated not clicks

now what i have to do ?

are they are going to bann me ?

please gimme your suggestions if u people come across this situation ?

i have not written any reply to them.

Reply to Adsense that it was not you who did this and tell them if anything like this happens again then let you know. And you can use Allowed Sites filter and enter the site on which you want to show ads. So if people auto-surf your site then Adsense ads will be shown but impressions and clicks will not be counted. Hope this helps.

Edit: It's just a warning and make sure that you abide by their rules this time.

I suggest u send them back a polite reply stating that you will do ur best to prevent invalid clicks. or if you want dont even reply their email doesnt seem to require replying.

Stop using any of those traffic generators because believe me adsense is the best and if they disable ur account you will deeply regret it.

 

I agree with the above, quote, same thing happened to me, i just sent them an email explaining to them it was a misunderstanding. They didnt reply but my account is still active

 

better tread lightly.

Auto surfing is one of the best things to close your account.

 

Remove the google ads from that site and replace it with another ppc until the smoke clears.

 

well cant you get banned and make the situation worse if you create another adsense account?

Mate thats definetely against TOS. And is bad advice.

I would advise, take your adsense adds off until you fix the problem.

 

EDIT: My mistake reviewed the TOS AND YOU CANNOT HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT!

pls note i didnt know autosurf method when i signed up for that surfing
( infact i got bonus surfing points from that autosurfer on new year event and it surfed my site without my knowledge )

 

i too got same type of mail ... same problem as yours ... dont know wht to do

 

relax because because in the mail they have written they will deduct if any clicks (impressions from that auto source )

i am sure we wont loose our accounts

 

Thankfully they haven't banned you outright and have given you a chance to rectify it, they're nice people really

 

If you get a warning letter like that, take action. Figure out what the cause was, remove your website(s) from the surf program and/or take other appropriate actions to make sure the problem does not repeat itself.

Then reply to Google with a polite email stating your understanding of the problem (what went wrong) and the actions you have taken to correct them. Then tread lightly in all areas of the
TOS!
