Hi, I'm running a vbulletin forum since 2000. I have about 5 million pageviews per month, 35k members and usually 150-300 users online. Have been running shared hosting since 2000, never had any complain from them, very reliable and fast server. But this month they started to complain about my database, that is getting high loads at the server, and yesterday they were screwing with my database which caused a downtime, and i can't have this problems.... Maybe a VPS would be good for me, but i don't want to spend too much on it, and also i need a 100% managed server, i don't have time neither skills to manage it. Last year i tried 5-6 VPS, but all were crap, mostly because to run a vbulletin its necessary to have some apache addons installed. In my shared server i have 10GB quota, it should be enough. Need also telnet/ssh/ftp/cpanel Thank you for your suggestions.

Hi, xpgo, Have you tried KnownHost, VPSLand? They have good reputation. And there are many other most-used good ones, you can compare them all at http://www.hostingmatrix.org/vps/. VPSLand is on promotion now, you can get double RAM with ordinary price there. And, would you mind share the name of your old shared hosting plan? I think it's good if it can support 200-300 concurrent users.
