Looking for Free PR3+ directories - free regular w/ priced featured??

I am looking for any PR3+ free directories with free, regular, no reciprocal required links and featured links available for a price. I would also like these directories to be on non dropped domains and have gone through at least a couple PR updates. I will be submitting about 10-20 sites to each of these directories I can find. Please post if you have any such directories or a list of any such directories, Thanks for your help
