I already bought it for 100.00 and never received the domain from this fucking dick head scammer. Not even sure why he is still allowed to be on this forum after all the proof I provided that he is a fucking scammer!

 

He left you negative feedback for claims back money? Like he transferred it to you

 

i offer 100.00 in another post , he accepted, I paid. the he emails a day later saying he has a bid for 130.00 and I have to pay 140.00 wtf?

I replied back with wtf deal is of refund me.. he emailed back saying no no its ok you can have it for 100.00 ....... another day goes by and he emails asking for my namecheap email.. waited hours and nothing.. then he emails saying I charged back my money, making belive I charged back even to me! .

I wish i had paid with a credit card thru paypal but I just used funds in my account, i did a paypal dispute last night but i may only get 5% back.

I found his real address and tel online by his paypal email. I threaten him because I have friends in his city, then he edited the post with lolsssss

But what bothers me the most now is the fact he is not banned, he has a lot of post on this forum and even itrader and will surely scam someone again when this blows over and gets lost in all the post.

Look at the dates of the post and its easy to see I paid and never received two days later. look at whois and see that the domain is still his.. and my pm for the mods. and on and on.....

what els is needed to remove this guy?
If he is not banned by tomorrow I am out of this forum, not much protection here when they don't ban scammers

 

Moderators are not involved with private deals.
It will be too troublesome for them to verify the statements of both sides.
I think opening a PayPal dispute is your best bet,
explain everything in a clear manner,
point out the unchanged WHOIS information, everything.

I opened the dispute . and I accepted that the most I will get back from it is 10.00 . I think my days of buying based on itrader are over. from what i can see scammer will make a lot of penny deals to build itrader for the big lute.
and I am aware that if he gets banned he can start all over again with a new id here. and its not the ultimate answer. however it will slow him down a little and may take awhile to build up itrader and a lot of post again.
