I've never heard of anybody ever getting banned from Adbrite. As far as YPN, good luck ever getting them to accept your application. I've applied more than 10 times and have high traffice sites but they've never even responded to my application. As far as your problem with Adsense, you can appeal and get your account back, I was unfairly banned and got re-instated, however, kiss your earnings goodbye. They will not pay you a penny even if you do get re-instated. I've been suggesting webmasters use CPM networks to fill their ad space and only use Adsense as a third or fourth network. Especially now, with their stock going down, I will guarantee you there will be a lot of people crying about bannings in the next few months.

That is not necessarily true. There have been many on dp who have fought and got paid after a suspension or ban.

I am glad they got their earnings back. They deserve it back. How did they do it? Letters or faxes? There's no phone number, wonder why Because I'm doing a complaint with the better business bureau and small claims court. I think I can get it back. I'll try at least, for a couple thousand it's worth trying.
geez!! sorry to hear this, the same happened to me. Make a fuss and tell them you're taking them to small claims court, and filing a complaint with the better business bureau. that's what I'm doing!

If they give it back, could they suspend it again? They pay once a month so for me right now it's not worth it, and looking for better ad programs.

This is the reason I encourage people to find a different business model. I was banned in 2005 for invalid clicks. Just as I reached $100 they banned me. For me I believe that if they ban enough accounts over time they will come up on profit margin. I am sure they give some money back to advertisers to make it look safe but in ht e end I doubt they give back your $3K to you or the advertisers so they will keep it. Adsense and the rest of them are dangerous to put your hard word around. I have 81 sites and you won't find ads like that on any of them. My business model no longer supports that because it's not a long term stable thing to ride on. My advice is find a way to get over it and figure out a different way to produce money from your sites. I know easier said than done but given enough time you will figure something out. If enough people stopped publishing with adsense they might actually get the point. I know they won't ever get my sites and I don't spend any money with Google. They tried emailing me and promote their site. My response is always the same,"If I can't trust you with banning me with adsense when you feel like it, why would I trust you with my advertising money?"
