i used to use terraserver a long time ago. that used to be free. dont know if they still exist or not though.
Looks spectacular, you can rent an airplane to make those scenes or create them all online with the help of Earth Explorer
Heres one of the closest zoom in google earth.You can see people swimming in the beach http://www.satelliteimage-of-my-house.com/zoom/zoom1.kmz just download it and it will open automatically in google earth
