Because for a minute there, I could have sworn you were talking about the country that sponsored the Contras, Bin Laden's Mujahideen, Saddam Hussein, the Saudi Princes, etc. etc. etc. PressTV is a good endorsement. The Iranian reform government (pre-Ahmadinejad) was key to getting Karzai accepted as the leader in Afghanistan, and providing intel on the Taliban. Iran can be a very important ally in the Middle East with the right approach and leadership.
