    Depends on where you are promoting the affiliate offers. If you use Azoogle you can get $12-18 per sale, and Never Blue Ads you can usually get anywhere from $10-15.

    I'm sure there are other places but those are the two that I am familiar with.

    Approval with those sites is relatively easy as well. I can help you get approved if you would like.

    You would have rights to the website, but there is no "script" - It's simply a graphic that can be made and/or duplicated without much work. If you simply search for "free ringtones" or anything of the sort, it would be very easy to see that there are many similar sites like this one.
