very true but if google doesnt like m$ and googles friend is myspace because of there advertising deals why myspace advertising m$ zune player http://www.myspace.com/zune even "tom" the false creater of myspace has it on his profile bit silly why dont they all hug and make up
Sorry but I do not see your point in that site. What does it have to do with the current trend of myspace? What are you talking about false creator of myspace?
You said : Your not familiar with the story. Myspace was not invented by two guys from a band like you said. It was made by a corporation with millions of dollars. They paid their way to the top. If you go to the site and click on the "Myspace History" tab, it tells you. It's written by one of the original creators. Tom didn't make Myspace. All that is a gimmick. Your about 5 years behind in this Myspace thing lol.
We are still in the "wild west" days of the Internet, and there are lots of possibilities. Facebook is owned by a 23 year old guy, who has the potential to upset Google. Google is top dog now, but nothing lasts forever. There is a rise and fall for every business and even every country.
Google has defined the search engine game and isn't going anywhere anytime soon. They are also still the best search engine in terms of searching for something which is amazing to me, because no one returns better results, still after all of these years.
I don't know if it will be a google killer but I know they won't sell to them. TyBit already has its new engine out in beta and seeing as how they were founded by a company that was suing google for click fraud I don't think they are on speaking terms. I've tried it, only a personal opinion but I like it, seems to get the job done anyway. Don't get me wrong I've got nothing against google but I would like to see someone else on top for a while, it's the only way technology gets better. You have to force people to come up with new ideas or get left in the dust.
The quick answer is....NO. I just do not see anyone beating Google... at least not in the next 5-10 years.
actually yes no 1 can be the king of any thing for ever there are many big pro company can do that if they focus on it google focus on search product more than any company on the world they really work hard and hard for search engine while microsoft or yahoo all go on another way yahoo focus on portal and many service yahoo search still so bad for some language same thing with microsoft I will give when google will kill if microsoft buy all linux company also firefox (mozila) and live start lunch for every country I’m sure if they doing that google will loss many 40% of search operation google stong on the web but it so weak on hardware and operatin system if we compire it with microsoft also if yahoo start lunch his portal for all language I beleive they will hurt google there are some region google not so good on it like arabic region I know google good search on western but it give bad search result on arabic search many of duoble content he not different between some arabic spelling ....etc if I have money for least 1 million per month I can kill google on arabic region I’m sure I can do it more than any one imagine that nut where 1 million man dreams still dreams
That would THE reason why google will last long, because the focus on beiing a good search engine wich is the main reason of its traffic. However, just like every civilisation in history, google will fall. The real question is WHEN?
Google has taken the Internet market not only due to its excellent organic search results... it has adsense and adwords that involves many players and investment. Hence if anyone were to beat Google, they have to demolish those 3 aspects that Google currently monopolized
Theres just too much competition to make a site better than Google, otherwise, wouldnt Yahoo just surpass it? Also, if someone does come up with a genius idae, people would fear to support it (financially) because theres no need for a site better than google.
I do believe that Google will be beaten, but not through some massively financed company, it'll be through innovation, and bringing new and exciting ideas to the table that could challenge Google's search capabilities.
