Paypal 2 moneybooers & vice versa

    This will be illegal because PayPal and MoneyBookers don't allow money exchanges you will get both accounts blocked quite fast.

    Would be a good idea if you could find away around that. If i disguised it as a service - lets say for example purposes - You send me $10 paypal and I send you an e-book about anything. Then I send you $10 moneybookers and then you send me an ebook or something.

    If there was an exchange of goods then it would not be illegal would it.

    For some reason, I don't think that adding an e-book into the transaction would make it ok. I'm sure most payment processors would already be aware of that sort of activity and they would probably take action if they discovered the truth behind it.

    Instead u may get lock from both the accounts,moneybookers and paypal.
    Paypal will be the 1st to lock.

    Its illegal but Even if it was legal, you'd be losing a lot because of scammers & chargebacks.
