Patience. It is an algorithm which determines if your site is sandboxed or not. And no one can give you a guarantee.

If your domain is less than 6 months old, then you may be in a "sand box" if it really exists. I think this "sand Box" is the time between Google's BL & PR updates.

If you are using XML site maps to submit your site to Google and your on-page navigation is good, you have done everything you can.

Suggestion, the next time you create a new web site with a new domain, find a "old domain" to start with and then 301 it over to the new site after Google has indexed it 3 times.

Or, the day you buy the domain, you place a new "holding page" in the root as the default home page. This also starts the clock but then you start the web design. By the time it is deployed, the sand box effect will be minimual. Just remember to use the XML Site map and submit it via Google Webmaster Tool.

Keep working on your website as you would have if you weren't in the sandbox... Continue building links, pretend it never happened and when you are finally out, you will be ranked higher in the search engines.

I call BS on this site domain age crap. I have a domain that's several years old and I am on my second sandbox.

This has more to do with keywords your site is targeting and how relevant google thinks your site is. In either case, One particular keyword ranked a certain spot for a couple years (it was just a place holder till I got around to building the site), never sandboxed. Then, as soon as I added content, I start getting sandboxed. I'm thinking about putting the parked page back up seeing how I had better results that way.

It is the link that age really not the domain hence your result.
Also if the niche is changing drastically.

I got a domain in the sandbox once. It was fairly new and didn't appear in the results for my keyword only at position 500 or something like that . I got a link one click away from a pr 8 site and boom it got out of the sandbox. Hope you get out soon

Inbound Links You Can Get Quickly
I recommend that you get your site listed at some of the major directories right from the start, especially the Yahoo! directory, Best of the Web, Business.com and DMOZ. You can find a list of directories here.

    Can you escape Sandbox?
After you get picked up by Google Sandbox it can last anywhere from 6 months to a year and a half for your site to be out of Google. More popular your keywords are more chances you have to be in a Sandbox for a longer period of time. Can you escape Sandbox? I can’t say that because nobody can say that for sure. My suggestion would be to build on your backlinks and overall popularity of your website or a blog. Never rely only on Google, there is a lot of work to do on Yahoo and MSN and I can bet anything you want not all of your traffic comes from search engines unless you run MFA sites. If you get sandboxed there’s nothing you can do about it. Deal with it and continue to develop your website because as soon as you get out of it you’ll rank for your keywords.
