Huge Potential - Online Flash Gaming Site

I am selling my website http://Games2Relax.com which has huge potential in revenue and traffic.

I have optimized the website to be SEO freindly, (using correct keywords, titles, url format ect.) The website is running on GameScript 3.3 (http://gamescript.net), the license if owned version 3.3. I will transfer the license to your information once you have made payment, this will be done thorugh GameScript.
I have added 1117 Games to the website. Even though i am using the default template i have editted minor things on the design to make it look better and easy to use, if you go through my threads you may find i made a review thread on this site and it recived positive feedback on the site design.
The website has been up for 2+ Months now, it has received very good traffic without any paid advertising done, all advertising was done using free soical bookmarking sites (i.e. StumbleUpon, Digg).

Hosting requirements would be 1GB space and 10GB bandwidth, with PHP support and SEO url support using .htaccess. If you would like me to carry on hosting this website i can host it for $10 a month with cPanel. It will be hosted on my own server.

Games2Relax currently shows Adsense ads on the website, below i have uploaded a copy of the adsense report.

as you can see there is a gap between end of december to 11th january, this is becuase adsense code was not place on the website during that site as i was updating the site.
