Accounts still off. Please solve this problem soon as possible ! My clients are asking me why their sites are off, and I don't know what to say.
I'm hoping it returns soon since I have some major sites that have parts of them on these accounts Any updates Jason?
My account and all sites are down to. I hope iWhic will give us some free hosting because of this downtime...

Ok for starters. I do deeply regret that the restore of all accounts on to the new server has taken this long. For second there is no scam as you can here that our 2 other servers are running fine. 3RD AND MOST IMPORTANT. My Daughter is very sick at the moment and we have spent sense late yesterday taken turns coming home from the hospital, Im sorry we have not been available some times at all for the last 24 hours. Things have not worked as planned. Im as sorry as I CAN BE! I have the data center restoring the accounts on the main server now. I will go into more detail of what and why this is taken so long later. There is no scam as that would make no sense to scam just 1 of our 4 severs .. Lets think about that,, Why would we do that ? Nice try though and I understand your anger. As stated IwhiC is not a scam ! I agree with EVERY ONE THAT IS ON SERVER 2 that Server2 at IwhiC SUCKS. Hell I host my site on it and suffer the same damn down time and IM PISSED! I have made arangments to add a few more servers and lighten all server loads! So here is the deal. Allow the DC to get the restore completed, and me to get things organized (client area / support center) Those of you that dont want your account great, Log in to your account do your back ups and cancel your account. Hate IwhiC all you want for the down time. I hate us at the moment too. As you can see I'm speaking from the heart and nothing I have said is sugar coded. I am deeply sorry for the server trouble that was out of my hands and have to allow the DC to restore the accounts on the New servers. So with this said I'm Pasting this to the other "I hate IwhiC thread that is going and Im going back to the Hospital, I will be back in around 3 hours. Sincerely Jason
But still no explanation why the server is down and what caused this issues... Somthing fishy here...
Hey guys, I am also with Iwhic. I couldn't allow me more downtime, since I need my mail and webpage. I oppened my account with a free host, added my 3 and 4 DNS from them and............ it's working great. When Iwhic will be back online it will work without any work. Hmmmm last host I was with (Warehouse Monkey) always had some major personal disaster around the times the servers went offline - We had a fire in the office, father had a heart attack, had a car crash... All delaying the server coming back online, and the same, no real explanation as to what actually happened. Maybe I am sceptical because of my own experiences, but I agree with cabron; there's definitely something fishy going on.
I believe it is the server after all. Downtime at the DC is possible in the case either hardware fails or too many connections at once. Or if our hosting accounts are not even on any server right now, that's probably why we can't access them.
Damn I'll contact you as soon as I can and ask a refund. This is approximately the 5th time that it's down for such a long time. When you've bought my account, it was even 2 weeks or more down! It wasn't my choise to host my websites at your host. So I want a refund.
