I am currently paying $13 per month for 3GB Space, 30GB Bandwidth. When this is sold out I will be moving for the higher reseller package from them [15GB Space, 150GB Bandwidth, $18] And when we have that used up we will move on to there higher package. Which is 30GB Space, 300GB Bandwidth. When we have used that then we will think about VPS, Or dedicated servers. And we will be making real money. hi, im the owner of hosty.net. im new to digitalpoint . id like to something special as my first post. i saw this thread but it isn't the reason why im joining. id also like to say to hosty.us: i need you to cease and desist all activity relating to hosty.us because i have filed a trademark on hosty hosting. my site predates yours for the sole purpose of providing hosting services. your site is to similiar to mine and in my primary market. if you continue building and marketing your site as a web hosting or other online hosting service provider: email, image, web or any similiar product i will be forced to file a trademark infringement against you. additionally i will do everything in my power to have your registrar strip you of your domain name. thanks, kevin
The owner of Hosty.us has been banned, so may not read this. Also is it wise to state that you have just applied for a TM and basically your intention for applying is to get hosty.us to stop trading. It will cost you a lot of money to file a trademark infringement and what will you gain? a .us domain and take off line a hosting company that is probably just using a reseller account. That is of course assuming you win the case. You could lose, in which case he might file for costs and damages against you. Also in a legal case, this post itself will probably go against you.
i put my blood sweat and tears into getting the links that i have and the clients i have. i dont want to lose clients because of this ....well, you know.

The best way to win the battle against another host, is to be better than them. Yeah ever host will have its problems, but its the way you deal with it that will make you stand out from the rest.
