I am selling my Kingdom Hearts fan site. For those of you who don’t know, Kingdom Hearts is one of the most popular video games of all time. It was created by Disney and Square-Enix. Square-Enix is also the creator of the Final Fantasy series, which has been going for 20+ years!

Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts 2 and Kingdom Hearts: Com have been released in the NTSC/PAL regions but there have been other games only released in Japan. 3 New games have just been announced, Kingdom Hearts: Coded, Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep and Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days. These games will be on the Nintendo DS, Mobile and PSP. These games would not be released before late 2009 in the U.S. As you can see Kingdom Hearts has a big reach and it’s not going to die down anytime soon.

This sale includes the lifetime vbulletin licence, vbseo licence and expression engine licence (Content Management System the site uses).

This sale also includes the following domain names (in addition to the main site domain of course). Free push at godaddy.com. Some of these domains are excellent considering the 3 new games that have just been announced!

The licenses and domains together is almost $500 extra value.

The site has some good search rankings. Search for Kingdom Hearts 3 or Kingdom Hearts Forums on google.

The site is just over 1 year old.

The site has google adsense on some of the front pages only which makes a few dollars per day. The two biggest parts of the site are not monetized. The forums and individual image gallery pages have no ads on them at all. (The site has over 2000 image pages). I have not tried alternate placements with the main site ads nor any other networks like tribal fusion. If the entire site was monetized I am sure it would be more profitable.

The site has a good team of mods that look after the forum and post news on the homepage.

If you have any questions, please ask. The starting price is $1000 USD because of the extra's included in this sale, BIN is $1900USD. The auction will run for 5 days but I am willing to close it out early if an acceptable offer is made. I will take payment via escrow or verified paypal. I am selling the site because I am in the market for a new mac. :)
