I have registered a domain whose trademark is in India ( i am not even sure if it is a trade marked name).

Am I allowed to operate it from outside India?.
Can I provide my services in India?.
    Can I be sued?.
How do i find out if it is a trade marked name?.

    thanks

    Hello!
As for domain name extention: If it is general - go ahead. If it ids India related .in etc - read rules for the zone of .in

If it just generic keywords I'd reg it.

As long as you do not attempt to use it to trade on their mark you should be OK. If you park the domain make sure non of their ads or ads for products that they trade in are listed on your parked page.

That being said :) I'm not an attorney.
