    phpLB is good for bidding directories as of now IMO. Other script is Link Bid Script.

    phpLB is probably the best though there is a mod for phpld that allows for bidding also and phpld is really good with good support.

    I am using phpLB and LBS, both are suitable for the purpose. I do not recommend phpLD with bidding script, as I find that it was hastily put together and thus not suitable for the bid concept.

    hopefully the developer can fix the auto approve bug asap.

    There is no bug for auto approve in old version of phpLB v1.2 so one can go with it if that is the issue.

    Doesn't often get a mention (& I've not tried it) but IndexU has a bidding mod. More info here.
