Well about a week ago I purchased hosting from them. Since then I have had nothing but problems. Fantastico loads occasionally with just numbers. The have language safe mode on, why I have no clue. So why do they offer fantastico if half of the software they use wont work because safe mode is on. I have pointed many people towards their service, only to be let down. I contacted their customer support, and they told me I need a reseller account to turn off safe mode, which doesn't make any sense to me. Also, they don't have the .htaccess file available, so you literally have very limited control. I dunno, maybe it's just me.
problems with oshq.com ? lol of course not, i just got today new feature with them, it is called "website downtime" and i got it free for whole day.
I got a deal with them... it was like i will add the link in my sig and they will give me free reseller account... i run there sig for a month or more, never get account setuped...
