adsense question

A couple years ago I had a few websites but I got banned from adsense with my name but If I make a new website should i apply with my name or another persons name because I don't wanna use my name then the whole website is banned compared to if i choose a friends name where the friend can just give me the checks... what should i do?

 

you should better create a new account with one of your family member's name. if you try to create a new account with your name (previously banned), they won't accept you.

 

so how long exactly does someones name be banned? is it forever?

but there are many persons with same name isn't it so why is name a problem if there is a new URL? any ideas

 

They look at everything... your email, IP, mailing address and you agree to legal terms when you join. If you get checks in a friends name, how will you sort the income taxes issue.

 

Its always better to create a new account with a Company's Name rather that Family/Friends name.

 

I suggest u tell google to re-consider your request for opening your banned account. Many people have their account reopened after it was banned

 

not everybody bother to register a company

If you will put your name and other details same as before google will BAN you again so dont take that rick for sure
