What is a Dropped domain?

    I am thinking about buying some old domains. Can somebody tell me about how we can Identify a dropped domain? If a domain is parked, is it a parked domain?

    A domain which has dropped is available for registration (which doesn't happen often anymore due to tasters)

    i think WBM can have no records if home of domain has redirect.
    I own some domain names for years now that are not in WBM.

    WBM has nothing to do with a domains status of dropped of not.
