wow, this is bad... too many scammers come and take advantage of DP users. something really needs to be done in this area...

Hes an employee of Microsoft... Why don't we tell his boss about his little side business? Or even just make a site with his name "Matt Brooks" saying he is a scammer. Most companies will google possible employee's names nowadays.
It was a phished account mate. I spoke with Matt Brooks personally. The scammer still owns (and is profiting with) the domain Cloakus.com
It's really harsh in today's world that people are doing this to the people trying to make an honest living. I've been scammed before in the past and have definately learnt my lesson about the new comers but offering a service here on DP makes it hard because even the accounts with good rep and high iTrader may still be risky if they have been hacked somehow. You can't trust anyone but the thing is you can't stop people from scamming or hacking the good DP accounts and claiming to be them.
