MMOPRG site for sake ($2100 profit less than 1 month)

dont you think this is changeing my mind to sell higher? i have provided more than enough infomation for today i havent seen 1 big yet just question after question ive answerd in the best possible descyrption and yet again another 1 comes you tell me that could be edited but its not you ask for screen shots i show then you ask me for more im selling the game as its to much hassel running yet when i sell its even more hassel.

Well nothing adds up!

You say $2100 in revenue. That's fine, that's reasonable. Your selling it for $1000... that raises a red flag for me.

Secondly, You show $2100 in some sort of Checkbook online.. that's fine too. I ask for a PayPal screenshot to further verify and you show me $300, not $1800 then make an excuse that the payments are spread out. For something this large is it that big of a deal to find them and take more screenshots? If I'm going to send you $1000 for a site I want to know I'm getting a site making $2100 a month, not $300.

We ask questions because it seems suspicious and then you dodge our questions with non-answers or excuses. What are we supposed to think?

NOt to sound optimistic but there are a lot of scammers that try to sell sites. It's very easy to fake adsense screenshots these days or even to just find someone else's. If you are trying to sell your site there is no reason why you wouldn't want to reveal your revenue shots and make people trust you? I think it helps you have chance of selling it at higher prices and faster

By dodging the question and not answering makes you look even worse. Just curiosu though HOW do you make the $2100. The memberships are free and there are no ads. Did i miss a post?

 

Hmm.. Though I must say, trying the game was rather puzzling, as it did not seem to fit any plain browser based game I have played before, I would not be in complete shock if the game made that. I mean, sure, uniques are low, blah blah blah. Check out the awstats and see how many pages/visit. Just so you do not have to switch pages... its 53 pages/visit. It means that people actually play the game. Not the best for this type of genre but its still pretty good.

As for the showing of $200-300 instead of the full income.... according to the other screen shot, It looks like it is purchased credits by user Byron1210 on the game. (atleast, it matches up). I guess though, what people want to see, is a full screen shot just to verify the earnings (just to blank out irrelevant ones - though that would be hard if the owner has 3-4 other game sites or other projects that each earn him money).

I dunno, just my two cents. If I didn't waste the majority of my money on a project that fell through, I may have been interested in testing this out further and to see whether or not it would be profitable by the way I manage. <_<

The majority of these style of games let players have the opportunity to buy something with real money which can give them a boost. These type of sales can be very typical in a browser based game if you attract the right types of players. I mean, when I was in my browser based game era (before I started creating them), I used to have multiple $200 days, purchasing upgrades on my favorite game. I know... sad. -_-;

 

I know it happens, people do spend that type of money, which is why I'd like proof and then make a bid on the game.

 

If I can shift enough funds, ditto too. I know what you mean though about scammers and what not. Just finished a horrific ordeal. No more shiny macbook air for me lol. If the owner utilized ad space properly with a bit voting to top game sites for a very small in-game reward, the game could have great potential... if I understood it. <_< lol.

OK, let me stick my $0.02 in here.....

This is a very very new site, and for it to have made *$1200* is either fantastic or just ludicrous.....When questioned about screenshots, you paste a 2 liner from paypal which amounts to $300...now as with Kestal above, I had an era of being a spender on these sites, and know fully well that people WILL spend those amounts, but I find it hard to belive that anybody would spend $200 on a brand new game where there isnt that much competition for the top spot yet, and prize money cant exactly be massive.

Crazy-Coding - this is very simple, (and I am not by any means calling you a scammer) - people on dp have recently been scammed by SO many sheisters, that if an offer comes along which appears to be too good to be true, then alarm bells start to ring. If you arent happy posting screenshots on the boards, use the PM facility....there ARE genuine bidders on here who would love nothing more than to buy a business like this for a realistic fee, all you have to do is demonstrate that what you say is true. This does not mean anybody is calling you a liar, it just means people are being cautious.

As a seller of a site, I would much rather sell to someone who had taken the time to ask questions (and therefore much less likely to be a scammer themselves), and if I want to sell something then I am more than happy to back up any claims with proof...this is business, not a little chat down the pub...if you want serious bids, you have to be a serious seller, dont get uppity about it, just pony up and show people you are genuine.

No offence intended, but if you get the answer right, you will have my full interest...get it wrong and you wont be getting ANY bids. Balls in your court buddy.

people play a game when they know a well known person who also plays and if they know the owner.... you need to be a peoples person to run these kinds of game once they up their are 3 ownes me and a friend and another friend but the other friend doesnt care much anymore about it he just wants the money... and my friend wanted to sell as we had a disagreement and he owns his own game but now we have came to an agreement and sorry to say we are keeping it open as we have some strong supporters.
