hahaha if they would have lost for sure he would of been cut. And i think he is the first in playoff history to hit a 40+ fielgoal at Lambo.

Give the guy a break, I bet even the league's most well known kickers would miss some of those kicks at Lambeau in -33 degree (with wind chill) weather

^yea the thread was made right after the 2nd kick I believe...and yea -3 degree weather played a big role in the game but doesnt excuse the kicker missing 2 field goals (from a coaches and many fans perspective)

the first one i kinda let go because of the conditions and seeing how it was like a 40 some odd yards attempt but the second one was just horrible on the kickers part. I think a part had to do with the snap but it was only from like 20 some odd yards, i mean any high school kicker could of made that.

And its not like he was off by a little he straight up almost kicked it out of bounds on the sideline thats how bad it was.

Man i dont trust tynes at all when it comes to kicking. I could imagine though if Giants lost the games, New York News papers would have crucified him lol.

I honestly think he was trying not to make it. I don't know what he would of got out of it but i think there planning on letting him go after the season anyway.

well the balle was snapped from the 20 so it was more like a 37 yarder...and kickers usually come and go very rare to find a very reliable kicker to come through in gutcheck situations.

2nd time wasnt his fault. First time it was 40+ yards, all kickers miss a fg that far out every once and awhile.
