Is this true...?

until one week ago i was earning regularly around $2/day in AdSense but i didn't had Tax Information and Payment Method Selected by then, so my account wasn't full active.

now, i haven't done any change to my websites and in the last week, i'd say after i completed those things, my earnings have almost doubled. i had a day with 7$ and the rest are around 4$ somewhere.

so... could earnings increase after you insert ALL your account information?

I don't think earnings & account information are related. May be your traffic has increased meanwhile.

Check your stats. You probably got more traffic.

The increase is clearly due to either an increase in traffic or
normal variation that we all experience in earnings. Payment
method has nothing to do with it.

Maybe google doesn't view you as a dedicated person and just gives you average ads instead of the good stuff.

One or two weeks is to short period, to come to any conclusions. CPC level vary sometimes, very much. It is better to compare your earnings monthly...

lol, defintely not true. If your logic was verified, then advertisers based OUT of the US, who don't need to fill any tax information, should be earning the double of US publishers...

I think it was a coincidence, Google don't need your personal information to charge more for the Adsense ads that you display on your web sites IMHO
