I can't agree more joey112, Federer is really excellent.

Djokovic is great player, I've been watching him whenever I had chance and I really love to see him win. Dejane, Ancic also trashed Federer in 1st round of Wimbledon a few years ago but this isn't the case which is continiously repeating. Djokovic is excellent but still a league below Federer... I am afraid that we will have to wait for some injury or some time to pass to see Roger falling down :(

BTW, Marin Cilic is in the 3rd round. We have one more player in TOP50 now :) He is playing runner-up Gonzales tonight, it will be hard to win...

I saw a German guy beat Roddick last night.

    He hit 100 winners.

If you hit 100 winners in any game, including against Federer, your in there with a good chance of a win.

Kohlschreiber, if I remember correctly... I was surprised but pleased. I really don't like Roddick, seems to arrogant...

Yeh its good to have different personalities though.

I agree he did go overboard when telling off the umpire though.

But hes dropped off a lot lately, i can't see him winning another major.

Agree with that... The problem in tennis now is that is hard to see anyone winning something major other than Federrer and Nadal :(

Some 10 years ago we had Sampras, Courier, Chang, Becker, Edberg, Ivanisevic etc etc but now there are only 2 (or even one) high class players...

Federer echoed similar thoughts. He said he and Rafa were top, with no real others, showing its not the strongest era.

Nadals clothes must be so annoying to play in. The long pants. That would put me off so much.

Im so keen for Hewitt vs Baghdatis tonight, should be a cracker.

Just wait for Richard Gasquet. Experts say he is the best thing to have happened to the game of tennis after greats like Borg, Sampras, and Federer. The kid is a storehouse of talent. But he's not realized his own talent. Once he does, he'll be literally unstoppable. For starters, just take a look at his nonchalant, deceptive, yet unbelievably powerful backhand shot which is considered the best of this generation.

Well done Marin Cilic! Fernando Gonzales is out!

Speaking about talents, Cilic is 18 years old and in junior competition he played Grand slam finals, won Roland Garros and now passed 3 rounds in Australia!

Yeh hes something to look out for.

In shock news, Federer lost the first set of his match. Currently its at 1 set all though.

Even if he wins in 4, its still a shock.

The Federer game was an absolute cracker. Once again the Fed Express showed why he is so great.

I was also impressed with Sonia Merza. The Indian 21 year old. She is highly talented and a great athlete.

What was impressive about her game? I thought she was quite disappointing actually, not to mention her game held up the blockbuster Hewitt vs Baghdatis game.

I agree. If you missed yesterdays tennis you missed something special.

As much as it was good to see Hewitt get through to the 4th round, I can't see him beating Djokovic in the next match.

Hewitt did play well. I can see him getting into the final again. And loosing to Federer. If there on different sides of the draw. Are they?

I just have this feeling he can beat Federer.

Maybe catching Federer on an off day.

He needs to be a lot more agressive. Not with his come ons lol.

But he needs to go for winners more. To often is Lleyton playing defensive.

I think Hewitt will struggle with Djokovic let alone match it with Federer.

Hewitt is playing at home and he definitely knows how to play tennis, but I think that Djokovic is better at the moment. I would go on Djokovic here...

Okay. Yeh hes rightly the favourite.

but i just feel Hewitt can win this game. Hes so mentally tough its amazing.

    Another 5 setter for sure.
