like i posted above, the server was under attack, i seen it happen, i think datacenter shutdown the server temporary..
We are currently working on server2 as we discovered a bug with in the OS that is causing frequent high cpu loads and kernal panics. We did not expect to have to do this today but as the server techs investigated the system they felt now would be the best to insure they can fix this with out sever server issues later. Being that are system is down Im sorry we could not email every one. We are hoping for a fast resolve and will be updating every one soon. Thank you
give them a chance, I have been with this host since the hostparlor debacle. I have always found them quick to respond and very willing to please. They will get the problem fixed.
Considering it was a bug in the OS, I think they probaly had to reformat the server I imagine and get all the data back onto it, so I would actually say 12 hours is damn good for that.
