I like the look - it's a bit plain though. Maybe replace the box with your name in text and the search with a memorable image (your signature, perhaps)? For more tips, you're in luck - I just wrote a lot about it. See here.

You may want to hit the report button and ask to be moved to the right section before you get an infraction. As far as the blog, I agree that it is a bit plain. I would liven it up with a nicer theme with an image. It is very clean and not cluttered with ads so it it looks neat but does nothing to catch the eye. The posts are well written. I would not put a link in every post because it will increase your out going links. I think if you do some good promotion, you will have a great blog once you add a nice image.

Just make sure you report the misplaced thread before someone else does. One more suggestion, make sure when you find a new theme, it works in all browsers. I downloaded one and installed it and it looked great. The problem was, I checked it only in IE and found out it did not work in Firefox or the other browsers. The whole sidebar was on the bottom of the page. I changed themes and it worked fine. Just check in all browsers. Good Luck!
