dont get a bold listing from proxy.org, I heard they send invalid/robot click, and adsense bans your site

Adsense ads are completely allowed on a proxy, just not on proxified pages.

I heard proxy.org is a great way to get traffic though?

its a bad ROI. I paid $150 for bold listing on proxy.org which brought around $10 from adsense. A great way to loose money fast. The traffic drops when the adverts end. The small benefit being that a few will remember your domain and continue to visit.
