Hi, I placed an order on January 19, 2008 and emailed you the details. I also send you a pm asking whether you have received everything and how long you estimate it takes until the order is processed. Unfortunately, I have not received an answer on my pm thus I am posting here. Please confirm by email that you have received the order info and how long it will take.

I am in the same situation, awaiting response for another day.

 

I ordered on the 17th, received confirmation and then never heard anything again - the confirmation email said it would be completed in 48 hours, but nothing. I can't figure out what is going on, but I would warn anyone else from ordering until everything gets figured out. I am also going to try and get a refund via PayPal if I do not hear anything in the next 24 hours (I have sent 2-3 emails asking for updates over the last 3-4 days and heard nothing).

 

Same thing, i am waiting for my order and i pm him without a response.

 

It's been well over 48 hours, and as much as I hate to, I will be filing a complaint through Paypal if no answer is given in 24 hours.

I don't want to jump to conclusions on what's occurred here.
