    Im interested in it because this type of traffic is very valuable ;)

    according to overture keyword "Jelqing" gets 5400 searches and "Jelq" 4200 seacrhes and thats only about a quarter of searches in the internet, so if you add other seach engines it would be about 40,000 searches monthly for these two keywords and if we add other keywords related to this topic it would be millions of searches a month.
