Ask Google if they like it. 20,000 websites with the same MFA content all designed to attract visitors to the site to click ads inside articles nobody is ever going to read. It's a quick fix that although may work in a short run, will not work in a longrun. And since google knows this, has been known to ban those accounts that have MFA content.
MFA is a site built on a standard template, filled up with adsense ads, with poor, stolen, or no content at all, completely useless for the users, with the only purpose of making some money quick. After email spam, I'd define MFAs as 2nd plague of the internet. (or maybe the second one is google itself? :-D)
MFA stands for Made For AdSense. Basically it's a site with little to no content with ads all around the place.
