buying from yahoo

    has anyone got domains from yahoo? It states they have $1.99 domains for the first year.

    I saw this on domains.yahoo.com, and it states $1.99 for the 1st year I don't know how that could be. I thought godaddy was the cheapest with the coupon they have out it costs me $7.15 through godaddy. Thats why I wonder if anyone has tryed it on yahoo yet.

    okay, it did work for $1.99 but it is limit 1 and for new customers only. So I picked up wag9.com for $1.99.

    And 1&1 have a crap rep amoung domainers. I would never reg with them.

    Yahoo sucks, I'd never buy a domain from them. Go with a reputable company like Name.com, Godaddy.com, MyDomain.com, Moniker.com or NameCheap.com
