WOrdpress -easy question

    How to increas/decrease the size of the letters because i am sick of these small words that are almost unreadable ??

    In your style.css change the value of "font-size: 9pt;" to whatever size you want.

    what value is considered to be normal because the default one is really too little

    Well, the size is a matter of personal preference. Just try different sizes and see what looks best with your theme. As long as you don't have to strain your eyes to see it or as long as a few words don't take up the entire screen you should be fine.

    It's ok, but you could do with making it around 11pt to 13pt.

    and which size ''exactly'' i need to change ??

    h1 { font-size: 32px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 10px;}

    h2 { font-size: 28px; }

    h3 { font-size: 24px; }

    Who's Giggs?...Edit - Oh Ryan Giggs? Sorry, it's late and I'm not on the ball :p
    And it's neither of those sizes - those are all for heading. If you can see a the body settings, you'd need to change the font size there ;)

    Its none of those below you posted. First make a backup: copy the contents of the stylesheet and paste it into Notepad or Wordpad. Look for the font size next to body. Or change all font-size 9px to a bigger font. If you mess up the blog replace with the original backup and start over.
