PHP Access Violation?!?

For some reason, tonight I am getting the following error when I try to get onto any page on my website:

"PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 77F47931"

This has only started happening this evening but I have made no changes to the site today? I can get rid of the error if I refresh the page 3-4 times but then when I try to go onto another page it comes up again.

    Any Ideas?

EDIT: Sorry, my site is wbaforum.co.uk

The only solution that I found on google was to switch the server to linux. I cant see how it has suddenly stopped working when there have been no problems in the past and I have not made any changes?

I face the same problem, it was solved when I downgrade the PHP version, I read through Google, but it seemed to be a PHP bug more than anything.

According to Google is is a permissions error, in Linux you CHMOD the files to change the permissions, I'm nto sure sure what to do on Windows.

I tried everything in Windows, it is not a permissions problems, I downgrade the versions without any change of permissions and it worked perfectly.
