I just purchased this and already downtime... not acceptable, i can't login to my cpanel or visit the host website i also signed on msn to contact qualityhostings and he/she was on then I accidentally signed off, when i signed back on he/she was off..
They probably blocked you... I recommend you find another host, These guys have about 15% downtime. And to think I was going to buy an account here.
Hello I rebooted the server for updating the server after some installation. We want to make our server the best and are updating the server time to time. The reboot was unavoidable. I signed out from MSN for having some foods as here it is 12.15 PM and I did not have my breakfast yet. I was working since 5 AM today. Sorry to say, I cant provide 24x7 Live chat support.
