hi everyone, thanks for your input. just need a little help more from you guys.
is there an easy way for me to monitor link exchanges? I mean how do i know if the other link partner is still linking back to me? Is there a free software out there or way that i can do it myself withotu stopping all other work?

thanks to all DP members for being always there for me!

It is the most import tool thus I would spend the $100 dollars in the best programme you can buy. I used avanced link manager. It is simple like me

Taking that these are reciprocal links and in addition to that irrelevant I'd delete them and contact the link-partners to remove them as well/this would be simply correct/... I do not think reciprocal links are of help anymore, especially if irrelevant.
However, I don't think any one-way links that might left could harm your site, since I have some adult and spammy links to one of my sites/guess made by some competitors/ and although it doesn't rank excellent, I don't think it has any penalties or problem...it just will be correct to inform your partners if removing them.
Personally for me best work articles/manually submitted/ and bought - only relevant and especially incontent links.
