I didn't understand what you mean by test server? Do you mean trail account?
Server is located at Scranton, PA.
If your proxies use low resource eating scripts then you will be fine if you use to much resources then that might cause some problems.

Ok bro,i have not yet set up any proxy site of my own,but i want to set up one now. I have already choosen Glype script with a nice script now.

I just started the sign up process and got to the TOS. It says "We do not allow proxies of any kind on our servers."

How is it that you can sell it saying that you allow proxies, when it states in the TOS that you don't? Is it mainly determined by server usage?
