$20 on 17th jan 1 Clicks
$89 on 18th jan 6 Clicks

ecpm = $34.93
earnings = $84.12

So you have 1000*(84.12/34.93) = 2408 impressions

CTR = 5.99% so number of clicks is 0.0599 * 2408 = 144 clicks

So from CPM, earnings and CTR I can calculate 2408 impressions and 144 clicks, so please explain what you mean by:

And I'd love to know where all this traffic comes from. I cannot imagine this is all type-in traffic.
