DP Under PHISHING ATTACK, Protect Your Passwords ~ !!!!!!

You can report anything to anywhere, but there is a 99% chance they will not do a thing about it.

They don't care about someone that can copy source that is available by anyone and fool users by hiding a link.

 

I spose. Its a shame. Because the same scammers will do it again then. Were just going to have to be aware.

The more DP comes together against these scammers, the safer it is for all of us.

Lets hope this doesn't happen again.

 

Of course it is good to report their IP to their ISP, but chances are they are always using a proxy to cover their tracks.

 

i wish but im worry about seeing this happen for the first time in DP i think Dp should use some restricts for registeration as new users so we can feel more safe here.

Theres no need to be scared, just don't be stupid. Always mouse over an unfamiliar link. If it asks you to enter some login information, go to your address bar and type in the home address and re-login to whatever site you were on. (For instance myspace, many people were phishing on myspace and still do. Click the link, if it logs you out, type in www.myspace.com and relogin, this same method can be used for DP).

Yes i Get 2 message like this its clone site we all need to do is open this link and give this link as spam so firefox do done work for us when some one open it they say spam link

 

Yeah, I didn't even bother following the link, I knew right off the bat that it was either a type of spam or a scam.

 

yeah me too got the PM and this was the third one in 2 days, even though they were all banned in few minutes of the PMs, but still one of them managed to get my password, but was lucky enough that i didnt log out and saw the threads out here about them, checked it up and changed the password and email id immediately, well that saved the day for me but i m quite sure that was not the case with everyone, i saw a thread in suggestions and feedbacks section by an old DP member saying his account has been hacked and his posts amended....i m pretty sure that they are targeting old DP members with good itrader and rep so that they can scam someone....using those ids

 

I got this Pm today as well.
Obvious scam, user was ignored.

 

I counted 5+ accounts

Probably even more.
