Well, they were pretty young girls. Now they're dead. They were murdered for dating non-Muslims, which is forbidden.

Does the murder of these two girls really represent the person whom you want to be? Is this the person who you are, or are you something better than this?

If it's true that he killed his own daughters because they dated non-Muslims then he is despicable. If he did it because his religion commanded him to, then his religion is also despicable. Further, his religious community should also share the shame of this incident if they allow these sick beliefs to be fostered. (By sick belief, I am speaking of the notion that it is okay to kill your own child because you don't like who they are dating)

 

This is not about the guy's religion despite the OP trying to make it sound that way because he is an Islamophob. The guy was just sick in the head his religion did not tell him to kill his children his stupid brain did.

 

This has already been opened here. I haven't seen any news to suggest this was anything other than what it was - a tragic crime against nature.

 

How can you claim to know that this "is not about the guy's religion" or "his religion did not tell him to kill his children"?

Your claim that he did not do it based on his religious thinking is no more based on fact than a claim that he has. The knee-jerk defense of Islam is no different than those who's knee-jerk response is to attack it.

There is a great difference between the situation when a person violates the teachings of their religion and performs an evil act and when a person follows the teachings of their religion and performs an evil act.

You come to India, and try to date a girl, of any religion, and you will face the stick. This is not our way of life, not our culture. Even in Rajastan today, where Jains and Marwadi people live, women never show their face, or hair to an outsider. Their hair is always covered.

What concerns me is some sick person who thinks killing your own child is acceptable. Be it for cultural or religious reasons - both are wrong.

And I do desire to know if it is for cultural or religious reason, because if it is, then I have a problem with that - especially in my country where that behavior is not only immoral but also illegal.

It is interesting that every time we've got down to facts, us pro-liberty folks have shown more knowledge of the Qua'ran and the Hadiths than the pro-oppression folks.

Hell, GTech [pbuh] posted quotes from the Qua'ran and half a dozen Islamists on the forum didn't even recognize quotes from their own holy book.

GTech has done a lot of homework. I cheated. I married a girl who was forced to go to Islamic school for 14 years. So yes, according to the laws of Islam, both my wife and I should be executed like the unfortunate little girls in that taxi.

The father killed his daughters.that doesnt mean that Islam asked him to kill his daughters,Islam doesnt allow to kill women for dating with non-muslims,Islam just doesnt allow this,but if happened the mistake should be removed by other ways EXCEPT killing.
