    It is ALP and you need to host your billing site with us.
    We have a server wide license of ALP..

    So it's done like this :)

    Like most billing systems that appear to use php, I cannot see any place were I can print the invoice, or do an automated print vs. email for invoices.

    We need to be able to print some of our invoice for delivery via snail mail.

    Created invoices in ALP can be downloaded in PDF format and printed that way, that's how I do it with my hosting business.

    NOPE, sorry that just does not work... Too much screwing around.. I don't want a hack work around.. Need to be able to print directly out of the invoicing system...

    Lol it isn't a hack, it's a simple option when you go into the Invoices section of ALP admin. Click the invoice, then there it is -

    So you are saying I can click one button and all my invoices that need to be printed for the day will just magically print?

    Now, you are saying I have to download each PDF one at a time for thousands of invoices and then print out each downloaded PDF one at a time for thousands of invoices?

    Can I be any clearer? Not all of us email everything.. ;)

    No I print all the invoices that are created by ALP for my paper based records, there's a fracking option to print the invoice without downloading a PDF, though having a paper & online & PDF backup of each invoice is quite useful. You don't like ALP, fair enough, each host to their own with their billing software :p
