I just recently entered the proxy business, i have the domain and the right server for it. Domain is : Hideplz.com it already has traffic, but i want to maximize the traffic legaly so i can earn more and more money from google adsense and i am willing to spend the money on it. i checked proxy.org is it worth it spending 250 $ would i make the money back and more in the month ? ?? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
i would say go for newsletter promotion and bulletins services on here first. and self promotion by posting in related forums and networks. if you do wish to advertise on proxy.org top list, if your host cant handle the traffic, $250 will be nothing. make sure your host can endure the load.
If you go with proxy.org, make sure you have a lot of CPM. I wouldn't put my money there though, try something else.
I don't know if the top ten slot is quite worth it. I've tried it before and I think for that money you can spend it a lot on more effective promotion of varying methods.
well if you want to spend $250 go ahead, but you can do some work and just advertise your self. Google and Yahoo Groups, Yahoo Answers, Myspace, Forums, Digg, Sumble, Etc. I do fine with proxies ($1500) last month and I have never spent even a dime on advertising. MAtt
