    So the url is www.gamereviewsblog.com

    Here's some stats

    41,159 Visits
    68,644 Pageviews
    1.67 Pages/Visit
    47.54% Bounce Rate
    00:02:17 Avg. Time on Site
    82.70% % New Visits

It went live on Jan 2

Is making substantial revenues, although I pulled most ads out to get a fanbase first, then I'll get the FriendFinder ads back in - they have made me $160 in 2 weeks.

What do you think it's worth? I had an offer for $1,100, but I'm not sure whether I want to sell it for that.

All content is 100% unique and handwritten.

Just going by what you say about this sites revenues (if they are consistent at that rate) I would not sell it for less than 3 grand

    Well 2 weeks isn't really a statistic...

At the moment I'm just a bit afraid to get banned with AdSense because of the FriendFinder ads. I'll make some custom banners just to make sure.

But the AdSense revenues are pretty stable. It was like $40-50 since the launch and is constantly rising, as I'm getting more and more hits from Google.

OK, I see what you mean. If the earnings were for only two weeks it will not convince a buyer that their expected earnings would be that high.

But just as a general rule - for me anyway - I wouldnt sell a site for less than 10 months revenue and I am talking about the lowest possible price.

Yeah, I know what you mean.

It's just that when a site is up and running and is getting stable traffic, the challenge fades away for me. I might just hire someone to fill the content and get another site up and running.

Challenge is gone, so is the interest, so I feel that I might be selling it soon...
