    Yeah,i also need to know that if a VCC can surely verify our Paypal accounts. Im also in need of a VCC seller,but i will pay him after i get verified,as i have to send the money from my that account only..

    Well there is no problem to use VCC but make sure that you fill the all details accroding to your original problems so it can help you in future.

    Why use VCC, when you can just get an add on credit card, through parents' main card?
    ICICI Bank never checks the age of add on card holder.
